Galaxy WatchHi I push wheel chairs at my job and realized my steps don't register. I understand my arms aren't swinging, but it should still add my steps. This may not be a common problem but I need help!
Thank you

Galaxy WatchThank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your frustration with your watch not counting steps while pushing a wheelchair. Steps are not counted when there is no hand movement in the exercise. For example, steps may not be recorded when pushing a lawn mower or cart because your hands are not moving. The watch is intended to calculate real step counts while walking.
