Galaxy watch 4

My watch is stuck on the reboot screen, saying "can't load android system" Even when l turn it off still the same thing. Please help.

1. Force restart: Press and hold the Power button until the watch turns off and restarts.

2. Boot into recovery mode:

Power off the watch.

Press and hold both Power and Home buttons simultaneously.

When the Samsung logo appears, release only the Power button.

In recovery mode, select "Wipe cache partition" or "Factory reset" using the Power button to navigate and select.
