I recently had an update on my watch. After the update I went swimming like usual and start tracking my laps using samsung health app on my watch galaxy 6. I notice that my watch will go to back to main screen by itself while swimmming, without pressing any button. I had to stop swimming, remove the water protection, select swimming workout again. Then I was able to continue swimming, but without the water protection anymore. I had to restart my workout again to get the water protection again. Which it doesn't make sense.
Before, it will always stay on my workout screen and just go to main screen after I remove the water protection. Not by itself. This is very frustrating and needs to be fixed ASAP. This just ruin my workout.
I try the running workout screen to see if it was doing the same thing, but no, that one does stay on the workout screen the entire time. So, makes me believe, there is a problem with the swimming workout screen.
More details on this. Looks like the screen times out during the workout and goes black. When it wakes up it goes to main screen. I have tried always on display on the setings on the workout and the watch. I also tried turning both of them on. Still always goes to sleep and wakes up on main screen.
This is not how is suppose to be, if always on display is selectes, it shouldn't go to sleep. Please resolve the issue. Is very frustrating. It makes it worst when you buy the watch only for the reason of tracking your swimming and it's a bad experience.
I wanted to confirm I also have this issue with the Pool Swim working closing after some time. It makes the workout feature useless if you can't see any of the workout data like swimming times.

Worked for me. Never needed before. Guess will have to deal with some noise on the watch now that I didn't care to have before. Maybe it won't be too bad...
