Galaxy watch3 failing Samsung account sign into appstore

I have been using Galaxy Watch3 with my iphone and Galaxy Watch app without any problems in the past 3 years.

Recently I re-installed the iphone app and it reset the Watch removed all the gorgeous Watch faces I collected during the years.

I tried to install some watch faces in the watch itself, but it gives an error: “something went wrong, try again” and when I tried from the Galaxy watch app in the iphone it asks to sign in my account, but the problem is when I hit ok, it closes the page without letting me to enter information to sign in. 

so I left out of Galaxy app store and I don’t know how to use it again, I really appreciate any advice. I was thinking about upgrading my galaxy watch3 but it is the last watch which officially compatible with iphone. So I want to keep it because I am not an android person. 

please help me, I am even open to use 3rd party app solutions but I wonder how to connect to the watch’s boot menu to hactivate it.

I believe that the Samsung store shuttered for the Tizen Galaxy Watches earlier this year. To the best of my knowledge, Tizen is only used as an OS for the Samsung television line. Everything is Android for Samsung watches now, which is no doubt why the Watch3 was that last one that could speak Apple.
