Hey guys, I've been having this problem since January and it's happened to me a total of about 6 times. I get this screen telling me to reset my watch and pair it with my phone. I don't know what causes this, but it just keeps happening. i hate having to reset it and lose my data.

Galaxy WatchI just received my GW7 as a promo item from Xfinity. The watch will not connect to my phone no matter what tech support tries. I have worked with my mobile provider AND Samsung, and nobody can tell me what the problem is. I am being charged monthly, as of now, for a device I cannot use.
