Hello Samsung Community,

I recently came across my old Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 and decided to reconnect it to my current phone, a Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 4G. However, I'm encountering an issue where the watch connects momentarily and then disconnects shortly after. It's worth mentioning that I never had this issue when using my previous phone, the Samsung A70, where the connection was stable and seamless.

I have already installed all the necessary plugins and apps required for the watch, but the connection issue persists. Has anyone experienced a similar problem, or does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve this?

I appreciate any advice or guidance on how to fix this. Thank you in advance!

The watch2 is a Tizen OS.  Support for Tizen has ended, thus support for the watch2.  It is probably incompatible with the Xiaomi and might *possibly* still work when connected to a Samsung running One UI 5.0 or lower and Android 13 or lower.
