Just a comment on how I solved my 7 minute workout dilemma to work on the above watch.

  • On phone Open Samsun Health and go to Home Screen.
  • Scroll down to Exercises (underneath Step count)
  • Click on More
  • Click on + and select Create Workout Routine 
  • I added the following exercises which allow for 30 second duration and specified 10 second break in between exercises:
Jumping Jacks
Break
Stretching (placeholder for Wall Sit)
Break
Push Ups
Break
Crunches 
Break 
Mountain Climbers (placeholder for Step-ups onto Chair)
Squats
Break
Pull-ups (placeholder for Triceps Dip)
Break
Plank 
Break
High Knees
Break 
Lunges
Break
Push-ups (placeholder for push-up and rotation)
Break
Plank (placeholder for side plank L)
Break
Plank (placeholder for side plank R)

Hope this helps, I finally took the time to figure out the equivalent exercises that would allow the workout with some placeholder workarounds (there are probably other variations of this workout, but now you have a way of creating a routine you like).
