How can I View/Edit Galaxy Watch phone call "Quick Responses" (swipe up on watch face when receive call)?

I have a Galaxy Watch Ultra (using BT connectivity, not LTE), and when viewing an incoming call on the watch I can swipe up to get a list of quick text responses to send when I don't want to answer the call. Screen shot from my watch below showing the call quick responses: 

That's nice, but I cannot find any way to view/edit the available quick responses.

Also, I have checked, and these are not the responses that are in the "Quick Responses" watch settings in Settings>General.

Can someone share the secret as to where these responses can be edited/updated? I haven't found anything on the watch or in the Wear app on the phone.
