Do you mean you want to change orientation to wear on your right wrist? You do this by going to the Wear app, watch settings, general, orientation. Then you can reverse the buttons for left handed use. If you want to change the order of the app icons, go to the Wear app, select the app screen link and then drag the apps to the order you want and/or create folders. If you want to add, delete or arrange tiles (screens) choose the tiles link and add, remove or reorder the screens. If you want to rearrange the watch quick panel, swipe down from 12 to bring up the quick panel, long press on the control you want to move and drag it to the position you want.
