I just bough the Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 and I'm already regretting it. I would like to know how to disable the certainly annoying Health notifications, because I can't find anywhere to do so. I tried long-pressing the notifications to no avail. I can't find this setting anywhere in the menus, including Notifications/App notifications, Health/Settings. I also tried the Steps screen because another thread mentioned it, but no luck.
I would like Samsung to tell me how to disable these notifications.
Watch 7 doesn't allow you to disable the notification from Health because "device requires this permission to operate". The Watch 7 was advertised for the health features so it wont disable them if it features it versus the previous models which didn't exclusively promote it. Previous models you can turn these off. You can limit the notifications on the Watch 7 by turning Power Save on and/or turning "watch only" mode on. These are all done thru your phone Wearable app.
