Galaxy WatchIs there a way to let Samsung Health know that you're sick in order to keep your stats aligned with how your feeling? I've looked sort of but haven't found anything

Galaxy WatchI think what they are asking is, is there a way to indicate how you are feeling in the app. Kind of like a mood tracker app does.
If I am correct, there are several locations where you can add a note to a manual reading. I often use these areas to record a body tempture reading as, so far, the Samsung Health app does not allow you to track this, despite the fact the it is regularly aquired at a health care visit along with your blood pressure and pulse.
