Mute phone ringing when wearing galaxy watch 6 classic

I have a galaxy watch 6 classic and cannot mute the ringing on my galaxy flip 5 phone while wearing the watch. Can someone tell me how to do this? I could do this with my Fossil watch and the wear OS app but not with the galaxy wearable app and galaxy watch 6 classic.

I can certainly understand wanting to be able to mute the phone from ringing when wearing your watch and I would be happy to look into that further for you. Give these steps a try: Go to Wearables App > Settings > Notifications and turn on mute notifications.

I too have the same problem. On my Galaxy Watch5 I used to be able to hit the back button (bottom button) on my watch while a call was coming in and it would mute the call on both the watch and the phone. It just mutes the watch now.

My samsunh phone continues to ring when connected to my galaxy 6 watch. I've tried all the recommendations listed on this site and others with no luck. I called Samsung support and they basically said the same. I'm far from the only one with this problem and would not of bought this model had I known.

I've been asking for this feature for years. I've been a samsung galaxy watch user for several generations and every time I ask about it, it turns out that's not possible based on how they use the mute function. Is there any way to request this feature?
