My watch 4 update problem

My watch has update available but some how it wont copy the update

I try restarting my watch and stills doesn't copy update

Try updating the watch directly through its settings using wifi. That if you are updating it through the phone.

I tryed on phone it will pass the first update but it wont pass the second update
