Galaxy WatchOn the watch under SETTINGS->ACCOUNTS AND BACKUP all the way at the bottom of the screen I see a link stating "On your phone, set backups to be saved to Samsung Cloud." When clicking on that, a screen pops up on my phone that provides a toggle to enable "Save backup to Samsung Account."
I'm speculating that maybe you don't have a Samsung phone and thus don't have a Samsung Account accessible through your phone? I don't see an option to backup to another cloud service such as Google Drive.
One other note... I also had previously enabled this option, but somehow it got disabled. I'm wondering if the recent watch update possibly reset that toggle to a default "off" position or something.
