Rash from Galaxy Active 2

Hello,

 

I received my Galaxy Active 2 about 3 weeks ago.

I now have a red itchy rash exactly where the watch sits on my wrist.

Prior to this, I've used several other smart watches and have never had a reaction.

I've several other posts about this. Does  Samsung have a fix for this? 

See pictures below.  These were taken after not wearing the watch for 5 days - the rash hasn't changed.

Have you washed the band recently? If yes, with what substance/product?

I received the box to return my watch 2 days ago and sent the watch back.
