Good day, please help me. I have Samsung Galaxy 6 LTE watch, and I can't make or receive calls from them in standalone mode. However, SMS and the internet are working. How did to solve this problem?

Everything was still working before the summer, and it stopped around the summer. I only just got around to fixing this issue now.

Honestly, I don't know. My carrier did all the confuguration and number pairing. I know that rhe watch and phone have separate numbers, but in order to work together, they have to be paired by the carrier. You really would have better information on the members forum for your region.

Maybe I need to activate the eSIM on the phone first, and then transfer it to the watch using the Galaxy Wearable app?

The phone and watch must have separate numbers and be paired.

You do not have these settings in your phone app? Perhaps they only appear on Samsung phones. 1726604930641.jpg1726604930675.jpg1726604930722.jpg

As I mentioned, unfortunately, I don't have a diagnostics menu.
