Samsung Health App with Galaxy Ultra Watch doesn't allow deletion of auto-detected workouts

Can't find any answers to this. For any workouts that were auto detected (in this case, incorrectly) by the Galaxy Ultra Watch, there is no option to delete that workout. It's inflating my calorie burned count and making it much more complicated to try to track my calorie intake where I do try to offset with real workouts.

The only options these auto detected workouts provide is "Edit workout name" and "Add image". Is there any way to forcibly delete these sessions? If not, I fear the auto workout detection is much more detrimental than beneficial in my case when trying to track calories in and calories out, and might as well be disabled completely, which then makes working out with the watch a lot more clunky.

Hello, Welcome to the Community. We understand how frustrating it is to find those random auto-detected false workouts in the Health app.

To delete a workout, follow these steps:

-Open the Samsung Health app

-Scroll down and tap on the section Workouts this week

-Tap on the workout in the list you want to delete

-Tap the three dots in the top corner and select Delete

Let us know if this helps.
