Samsung Watch 6 causa allergia!!!!

Sono appena passata a Samsung dopo 10 anni di Apple. Acquistato sia il telefono che il Samsung Watch 6,  3 giorni fa, il giorno dopo ho notato un prurito esattamente nella parte del polso dove si trova il cinturino, ho allentato un pò pensando che forse l'ho chiuso troppo forte, però questa mattina mi sono svegliata in questi condizioni ( allego le foto ) . L'ho acquistato assicurandomi che Samsung ha affermato che il cinturino è in silicone anallergico 100%. Non sembra cosi, e non capisco cosa dovrei fare . Il servizio clienti è stato molto deludente e mi ha mandata dalla dermatologa, ma sappiamo quanto costa una visita? la metà del costo dell'orologio! Speravo nel più supporto da parte di Samsung e magari sostituzione del cinturino o qualcosa del simile , ma non è stato cosi, sono davvero delusa!!!!!
