Screen light up ?

I would like to know how to get the screen to quit lighting up every time I move. I have the display on so I can glance at it for the time without having to touch it. But if I move it will light completely up.  Thought I may be able to save some battery if it didn't do that.

It's in the settings under gestures or display. Easier to reset from the phone but can be done on the watch.

Sounds like you may have "Lift to wake" enabled. This can be disabled in Settings -> Advanced features -> Motions and gestures.
