Hi,

I have NFC issue with my Galaxy Watch5 Pro because every contactless payment seems to refuse it.

I want to try a diagnostic before go futher but I have a Pixel Phone and I can't download the app because works only with Samsung phone and I have no one that I can borrow.

I also read a post that have NFC issues but I still have it and I don't know how to resolve it.

In before ask me suggestion:

  1. Tried to unistall and reinstall Google Wallet
  2. Tried to restart my watch
  3. Tried to reset my watch
  4. Tried other cards
  5. Tried on my phone and works perfectly
  6. Tried to reset my token from the bank

I don't want to contact support and wait or saying that I must contact the bank that I already did and said that works fine..

First, I would double check that your software is up to date on the watch https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084622 

Are you getting an error message or anything displaying when attempting to pay with the watch?

Everything is up to date, it says "That didn't work" and the Point of Safe said to retry
