Samsung have not been clear about this in their marketing, leading to lots of frustration.

There are lots of comments online about the Sleep Apnea detection not working, or not showing up. The software that analyses the sleep data to make a diagnoses has only received approval in South Korea and the USA, it will not be available in other markets unless it gets approval. This is needed because it is not just displaying data, like many of the other health features, but making a diagnosis of a condition.

It is not available in the EU, UK or many other places and won't be unless approval is given.

Samsung should have made this clear in their marketing material and on their website. They didn't.

Apart from this I'm very happy with the Watch 7. I am easily getting about a day and a half from the 44mm lte version. I have everything enabled, apart from the always on screen, and the watch spends most of its time within Bluetooth range of the phone which probably helps keep the battery usage low.

You don't sound like you are in the U.S.  This is the user help forum for the United States.  Your discussion might be better suited to the forum for your area.

Unfortunately, that's not how the internet works. Google serves up results for this forum to people searching from all over the world. Lots of the questions and answers you find in these forums reflect a global user base.  Many people replying in this and other forums are unaware of this issue and erroneously advise resetting devices, updating software or returning your watch/ring/phone to Samsung for repair.

Further, there is no specific "Everywhere other than the US or South Korea" forum to post information like this.
