All sensor charts have no data for 2 hours every night during sleep. It makes no sense, the watch is on tight. The heart rate shows up under hr screen. It's making tracking sleep impossible.
I've seen the same thing for several nights. Sleep tracking on the 7 is just as bad as it was on the 6 and even the 5. Why they never address this is beyond me. Would someone PLEASE explain how the sleep tracking works internally on this thing?
I took have the same problem. Samsung support just tells me to reset my watch as if this resolved the problem. I am often missing my deepest sleep cycles in the night the first or second. How hard is it to report all hours between enabling "sleep mode" and disabling it. Obvious problem with detection algorithm and it's accounting but NO answer or real attempt to resolve the issue.
