SmartThings on smartwatch won't allow me to access my smart tags

I have smart things on my Galaxy Smartwatch 3 but I can't access any of my Samsung smart tags.

Thank you for reaching out and welcome to the community. I can certainly understand your concern with not being able to access your SmartTags from your Galaxy watch 3. Please know Galaxy SmartTag is only compatible with Samsung Galaxy phones.
