Anybody know how to stop Spotify from playing on its own every time I start an exercise on the Galaxy watch ultra?

Do you perhaps have it set up to play in an exercise mode on your phone triggered by selecting an exercise on your watch? I do that by choice.

Try Settings, modes and routines, turn off the exercise mode.. might work
