Sync HR Activity Time turns to "0"

Round and round, and no one helps!!! I called technical support, they told me to go to "ubreakifix" store. I went to the store, they said the problem is not you have to fix anything but sync issue. Called Technical support team they said you need to call app support team. Called App support team tells me to install member support and contact level 2 support on this app. Contacted Level 2 team tells me to contact back to technical support. Classic!!! Just passing on the buck wo help. So can someone help? 
 
Basically my "HR Activity Time turns to "0"" on my watch!!

@KentBooks Sorry to hear that you are having issues. Where are you finding this "HR Activity time"? I am unfamiliar with that term. How would I check that on my watch?
