Does anyone know how to press charges against the person who opens the box? My watch was stolen on a recent order and I want to hold whoever it was accountable. In the email they sent some pic of a piece of plastic and no box.
I did some searching and the general consensus on several forums seems to be the following.
Contact your local police, Samsung, and whichever delivery service was supposed to deliver the watch to you. Report the stolen watch to all of them and they will advise you if you need to do anything else.
This seems to be a common problem and is one reason why I only buy phones etc from a local physical store. I wish Samsung had a physical store in my area.
