There doesn't seem to be any way to get the Activity (steps, active time, calories) tile to expand to "full screen" on my Galaxy Watch 4 after the update. That was unwelcome. Should default to fill the watch face if no other tiles are dragged in. The new way is harder to see.

Change can be difficult and sometimes feels unwelcome.

The new health tiles are designed to be stackable and display multiple types of health info on a single, scrollable tile.

If you need quick access to your daily activity, consider adding a daily activity complication to your preferred watch face. This will allow you to fully expand the daily activity page with a single tap.

The stackables for activity don't add anything new. The previous tile was easy to see at a glance. And I dont need a title on my tile  - I'm not stupid I know what I'm looking at. I have a habit of starting my aqua aerobics as I get in the water, but now it's gone tiny I can't see the thing as I get in. I'm all for updates but why remove the option of restoring old style tiles that worked well for the user ... makes no sense at all.

They do add something new.  A way to stack the individual information one would like to see onto a single tile instead of having an infinite number of tiles.  Not everyone needs or wants to see all the information on the activity tile.  Those that do, can add that as a tile or to the stack.  If you don't want to stack them, you don't have to.  If you think the cards are too small to see at a glance, or you want to see more information.  It's a simple tap to expand so you can see your information the old way.  If you have the time to scroll to your tile, you have the time for a tap.  ScrollTap, you can do it in a single motion.

Wow.  Prior to Samsung updates, I never know that there were so many people in this world so resistant to change.

But how about giving the user the option to choose whether we want that or not?  Tapping doesn't give me the full size tile...

How about I'm not the one who made the changes, but I know how to adapt.

We shouldn't *have* to adapt.  The only thing I'll adapt to is a different company's product when this watch wears out...

They can do what they want, it's their product and their software. And you can do as you want if you don't like their changes.

and it's really annoying of them to change what doesn't need to be changed.  How can we change it back?

Unfortunately there is no way to revert to the legacy style. Many of the design changes come from Google's design guidelines that all Wear OS devices have to adhere to.
