There doesn't seem to be any way to get the Activity (steps, active time, calories) tile to expand to "full screen" on my Galaxy Watch 4 after the update. That was unwelcome. Should default to fill the watch face if no other tiles are dragged in. The new way is harder to see.
Change your watch face to the one that shows the time and on the our hand it looks just like your big hearts used to look, you will be able to see it without your glasses
