Watch 7 powers back on when fully charged

I recently got the Galaxy watch 7. When I turn the power off. It stays off til till the watch is full. How do I go about keeping it off when I'm not using it?

You would turn it off and keep it off until you are ready to wear it.

Sounds ridiculous, I know, but just turn it off and don't touch the watch until you're ready for yoga day.

I turn it off when I put it on the charger, but it automatically turns itself on when the battery is full. 🫤

And you can just as easily turn it off again.  You can also disable the auto start, but it won't auto start unless it's charging.  Turning it off when not charging will keep it off.  But what is the purpose of buying such an advanced watch to not take full advantage of its features on a daily basis?  Unless you are switching between different watches.
