Watch 7 ultra 60 cycle hum on snore recordings

I noticed that my snore recordings have av60 cycle hum on them making the audio very hard to hear. Any ideas as to why this is?

do you have air conditioning on?

I figured out it's recording from my phone lying next a bunch of stuff that could be generating the interference. I thought it was getting audio from the watch.

the microphone amplifies every ambient sound. Most likely culprits being A/C or a table clock.
