Watch ultra heart rate measures manually only when viewing directly?

I have heart rate set to every 10 minutes. I have checked both watch settings and wearable settings. Both are showing every 10 min. But when I click on heart rate it's measuring constantly. Anyone else's watch doing the same?

Hi! My watch 6 is doing the same thing. When you click on the heart rate tab, you're measuring heart rate manually.
