I've had a watch ultra for a while now and I'm a runner so I thought this would be a great watch but ever single workout I do without fail it will end without even recording one. It's made the ultra part of the watch basically worthless and I basically have a regular watch with an oled screen. Does anyone know of a fix. I turned off autopause I changed the workout distances, I factory reset, I have the most current software, I've tried everything I can think of, I even ran on airplane mode and still nothing has fixed it.
Are you sure it stops the activity? After the last abysmal update. My workout screen reverts back to the main screen and I have to go through the menu and tap the workout again to bring up the workout screen and stop the activity. It's really annoying how bad the last update was
