Why doesn't my ultra watch have a blood pressure test?

Because it has mot been approved by the FDA.

Only the European model has it. There are ways to install it. Google it

That's right. The technology is installed in the watch but isn't turned on in the US due to the fact that the FDA hasn't approved in the US.
