In online streaming turning format from 4K to 4K HDR makes all the picture too dark, impossible to watch. Tried to change different settings, nothing helps. Does anybody know what to do with that? Model QE50Q67TAU. That happens with all the videos in 4K HDR.

Return the TV and get an Sony or LG. Samsung doesn't admit this is a problem. I was with support last night, and the tech said that if the test picture works, then there's nothing wrong with the TV.
