I texted with Samsung Customer Care. They sent a UPS Electronic Return Label. I need to pack up the disc player and send it to them. They will return it fixed.

Why are you marking threads as 'Solved' when the issue clearly hasn't? That's misleading. You are aware that this has happened with several different models, and in several different countries, all at once?
Mines boot looping as well. And why does it say "solution" with a green check mark? Mines still broken.
Very disgusted with Samsung response.
