Having some issues with my soundbar. I bought this speaker brand new a two weeks ago. I have an HW-Q65C that is plugged into eARC directly into the TV, but I watch my tv on an Apple TV 4K. I am having all sorts of issues with this speaker. Namely, the speaker cuts out of eARC and goes into DIN (digital input) and wonāt resolve until I turn it off and turn it back on and force the tv to connect to it. On top of that the sound cuts out at random times roughly every 40 seconds, and maybe cut out 2 or 3 times after that.
I looked for solutions here for other speakers, people said to disable CEC but Iām given to understand I wonāt be able to control my speaker with my Apple TV remote which I would prefer that I did. I updated the firmware on the speaker through a Zip drive that didnāt work.
