I recently purchased a Samsung frame speaker and I can tell you this product is absolutely horrible and the customer support all the way up to the office of the president is even worse. D Milagros is now the only person in the entire company of Samsung that I can speak to regarding my issue and she is never available and completely incompetent. According to others that answer the phone, I can only speak to this one Customer support agent. The speaker is still under warranty and yet there is nothing that Samsung is willing to do to fix my issue or replace the product with a new one. And forget about a full refund.. The next time I buy the Bose speaker because their product is far superior to Samsung and their customer support is absolutely amazing
