I have a Samsung HT-s350 sound bar, I have it connected to my TV through optic and HDMI. The green light is on the subwoofer and is connected to the soundbar. When I use Bluetooth, the subwoofer is working, but when I change to the TV, it doesn't work. Does anyone know why?
Hi there, Thanks so much for posting about this. Let's see if we can get your setup working properly. To clarify, do you mean that you have both the optical and HDMI cables connected at the same time? If so, please try using just one of these and see if the issue persists. Also, have you checked the TV and soundbar for software updates?
