Home TheaterHi Community,
I brought months ago a Samsung Q700c soundbar and it has been working fine all this time but suddenly I started noticing the Subwoofer is not playing any sound even is linked (solid blue light) with the soundbar.
i have tried the following:
1-Disconnect the soundbar and subwoofer from the power outlet, then put back but with no luck
2-Re-sync Manually the subwoofer with the sound bar and connected just fine (so itās not the connection.
3-Tried to out the subwoofer close to the soundbar (less than a feet) and no luck
4-Tried putting some āpunchyā movies or music and in high volume and sometimes the sounds come back but over the time it stops
I am afraid and hard to believe of thinking the subwoofer is faulty. There has not been any current spikes or similar that makes me think that. Also I have the subwoofer connected over a grounded protected power outlet (with surge protector)
Any idea what this could be? Is there a way to factory reset the subwoofer?
Any help or idea would be appreciated
Thanks
