Home TheaterSince the update, the soundbar is unresponsive and can't be reset.
Seems like quite a few people with the issue

Home TheaterI think best of luck to Samsung. Because theyāre going to be impacted majorly by their share price dropping and their loyalty trust base getting evaporated.

Home TheaterStill no official news from Samsung? I hoped at leastthe recognized it. When I now call the support center again I am the first who mention it š I guess they are all told to keep it secret still... In the background I hope Samsung is working overtime in there software department now (is this located in Korea or they give that away to India or...)
For now I filled in my return paper work inclusive a movie of not working bar and will ask just before return if the repair shops (external company) if they can push for at house fixing. I hope they are in direct contact to development support from Samsung.... Or not and also just start replacing blind the motherboards because it doesn`t cost them money anyway...

Home TheaterWho here is actually going to ship their unit back? Would hate to start the process and have a software update come out that corrects the issue. Although not even sure itād work to update through the usb port?

Home TheaterI am currious what the ignition button is? the right one on top of the bar? And what is the "plug-in controller" is that a button because you pressed it?
Did you got exact the same issue that none of the remote buttons except the on/off and only the right button of the soundbar was responding a bit?
Did you also have no sound/screen anymore (no HDMI) and only message HDMI arc or HDMI 1 on the small screen?
Thanks

Home TheaterWhat do you mean by the "ignition button" and "plug-in controller"?
