Soundbar Q990C airplay unable connect problem still not be solved now!(2024/8/5)
Can samsung take this issue seriously?
I use iphone13 pro with the latest ios17.6
Following the airplay using method from samsung manual. I click airplay icon on my iphone’s widget and select Q990C, I only can see “unable to connect”……
I believe, I'm not the only one encountering this issue.
Please take this seemingly stupid question seriously.

Home TheaterA similar problem with the HW-Q990D is unable to connect to the device! Resetting (+ and - hold) does not help, deleting and adding the device again in the app does not help, deleting and reinstalling the app does not help! All other devices that can connect to AirPlay are working, including the QN95B TV. Please respond promptly and help in solving the problem!
P.S: iOS 17.6.1
