4 Beeps and Flashing Heavy light

I have a Samsung DMT 400 series dishwasher. I had to replace the exit hose yesterday. Now it’s blinking Heavy and beeps 4 times when I plug it in. Manual says that’s a leak but there is no leak anywhere. Any ideas?
