Kitchen and Family HubSince BestBuy installed the refrigerator last week the freezer compartment has never been under 40 degrees. The Family Hub incorrectly reported it was 0 degrees for days and then this morning we started getting notifications that it had been too high for too long and suggested contacting customer service. Samsung service is not available in upstate New York for two weeks so I contacted BestBuy who charged me $30 to send a technician in 4 days.
I have a lot of Samsung (90" tv, washer, dryer, phones, dishwasher, etc) and never had to call for support until now.
Not a pleasant situation, especially right before Thanksgiving. Rethinking future purchases from BOTH BestBuy and Samsung.
