Has anyone experienced scratches on the doors from simple every day usage? I had a paper back calendar on the door and the 4 corners made a mark. I can't believe the metal is that thin and sensitive. Per Samsung and the retailer I purchased this from this is considered cosmetic and is not covered on the warranty. To buff the scratches out would cost $275. A new door over $550. The fridge is only a year old.
Any others having this issue? Have you had any luck on getting the door skin replaced? Are there any proven ways to remove the scratches? They are all surface ones and not deep at all; again it's from paper. I have used Weiman Stainless Steel Cleaner and Polish with no luck.
