Starting about two weeks ago our automatic refill on the pitcher started over filling. I've made sure that the fridge is as level as I can make it. I've gone through the customer chat and it was a complete waste of time. I haven't found anyone else having this issue through Google searches (seems like most people have the opposite problem). Any advice would be appreciated.

Ours just did this same thing today. Would love to know why.

No, I've just decided to accept it is broken. I'm def not paying the $200 just have someone come and look at it. Would be glad to split the cost with someone to get a service tech to look at one and give us all an answer

Anyone have any thoughts on how to fix this? Wife is.... perturbed...I really don't want to shell out a few hundred just for the Samsung repair guy to come and look at it

I'm having the same issue. Started two weeks ago. I made sure to clean and dry out the pitcher, wiped down the sensor area in the fridge. Drained the over flow compartment, took it apart and cleaned the inside from any moister. Still no luck.

Anyone find a solution?

Had the same issue.  I removed the pitcher, emptied it, dried it off and then returned after the humidity was gone off the pitcher.  It then fills.
