Hello and thank you for reaching out the Community. We definitely understand how frustrating the error code can be and recommend you following the steps as a possible resolution:
- Unplug the microwave or turn it off at the circuit breaker.
- If the microwave's electronics recently came in contact with moisture (like a spill or steam from a cooktop), give the microwave some time to dry. Otherwise, 60 seconds is enough time to wait. After waiting, turn the microwave back on.
For the Sensor cook option (if error no longer appears), we suggest you give these steps a try, first, put the food on the tray. Touch the Sensor Cook button and select the desired category of food by the numeric buttons (1 - 4) and then pressing the OK button
If the error code returns, as previously mentioned by our Ambassador, you absolutely can contact the retailer for replacement options. And please keep in mind we do have service option available if needed using the link listed here- https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/
