I bought this oven in November 2023. At Christmas, I was using both ovens. Two different temperatures. All of a sudden we smelled smoke. The upper oven burned the food. The reason for this is that the broiler turned on when it was in the bake cycle and was red hot causing a small fire. A Samsung tech came to the house. He said that it was normal. I wasn't home my husband was and he accepted his answer. We are still experiencing this issue. I spent the entire day speaking to Samsung with no resolution in sight. Other than having another tech come to the house. At this point, all I want is my money back, I am ready to put this hunk of junk out to the curb.
