I'm very disappointed, my stove top has cracked and it's not even 4 years old. I bought the NE59R4321SS and it has been working fine until it suddenly cracked without warning! The crack originated in the back ring, which is hardly used and when it exploded it almost harmed a friend nearby and I'm just shocked that this could possibly happen with a Samsung appliance that's only a few years old! Hardly used long enough to warrant any damage at all!
