I Ordered a Refrigerator, Washer & Dryer from Samsung website on Nov 30. Initially delivery date was provided as Dec 19th (before Christmas). To my disappointment, Samsung keeps on delaying the order and pushing the delivery date every week. Its been already 1 1/2 month and the customer service is not very helpful. Because of this i lost other Black Friday deals with LG or GE. Now that i am stuck with Samsung, hopefully this can get delivered asap. It very difficult to live in a house without a Fridge and Washing.
P.S. their inventory management / delivery scheduling system is not the best one. Don't expect Samsung to stick to their delivery date.
