I bought a brand new 4 door Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator (RF29BB8200QLAA) on Jan 31. It was delivered Feb 3.  The freezer stop cooling first on 2/24 ( 3 weeks after deivery and set up). I call the store because I thought I could return it. They said no bc its passed 15 days. They send someone over 2/20. By this time the entire refrigerator is not working/cooling, my food is spoiled, etc. Its literally a hot box taking up space. They don't know whats wrong but gave me some "we're ordering parts" line. I call Samsung 2/28, they send someone over 3/5.  He spent over 2 hours fixing something however, whatever he did, it worked. By 3/8 the ice is melting in the freezer again, the freezer is not cooling. 3/9 no Ice at all just water. I tried making ice overnight but it was warm water by morning. I called Samsung 3/10 at 10:30am because now the entire refrigerator is not working/cooling. They tell me they are going to send my call to the prioritization line to handle my issue. I get a call back at 4:05pm 3/12 THE NEXT DAY! I am LIVID. I have a family of 5 with small school aged kids and my youngest is nonverbal. He can't tell me if his sotamch hurts bc the yogurt he got from the fridge went bad overnight. This is so frustrating. I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS. They tell me they will schedule another service appointment. WHY DID I HAVE TO WAIT OVER 24 HOURS FOR THEM TO JUST SCHEDLUE A SERVICE CALL???? Is this legal?! The product went bad before 30 days after purchase. Now I have to wait until this Friday 3/14 to send someone. Is this legal? I have to worry if the food that I just bought all over again is spoiled. Do I feed it to my kids and risk GI issues. I understand if the fridge was 3 month or 6 months old but it wasn't even a month before it started to have issues. I have requested a new one because I think I just got a bad one. I get it, not every batch is perfect, but the run around I am getting is ridiculous on a brand new product. DId I buy a lemon? What can I do about it? Is this even legal. My family has to do without a vital item. This is not a phone, or TV, or microwave. How can we safely store food that we need to eat??? 3 days to wait to get a product fixed that was recently fixed, that shouldnt even need to be fixed because it was brand new!?

While it may be a lemon. I promise you if it's a Samsung they will make it right . I have worked with them on many large buys and they always fixed my issues even sent me a new appliance and they took the bad one.
Your in good hands

I'll believe it when I see it. I asked them to just replace it, but they are insistent on sending a repair person 3 days later!

They have to have a certified technician tell them the problem. If you can persuade the technician that you feel it's a lemon. (20 dollar bills work lol) what ever he says goes.
If he says new fridge it's new fridge. Good luck
